The Afro Party House respects your privacy and will in no way sell out. This means we will not distribute, sell or give out your personal information.

Returns and Exchanges
The Afro Party House will only accept returns on merchandise that is returned promptly (within 14 business days) in unused condition (not opened and in original packaging). We will gladly exchange any damaged item when promptly notified (after receipt of merchandise). Customized items such as personalized cartoons, custom piñatas, and customized t-shirts are not returnable. We make every effort to get your approval before completion of order.

Shipping
Standard Delivery An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 3 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) will usually be shipped within three business days. 

Shipping rates are below:

Standard: $10.00 (up to 7 days)

Two Day Delivery: $12.95 (not guaranteed) 

Express Service provides third business day delivery on orders received by 3:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time). The charge for Express Service varies.  Customer should contact us to let us know they are interested in this service.  We will make every effort to provide the fastest delivery at the most reasonable cost. 

International Shipping At this time, we are unable to accept international orders
