The Afro Party House respects your privacy and will in no way sell out. This means we will not distribute, sell or give out your personal information.

Returns and Exchanges
The Afro Party House will only accept returns on merchandise that is returned promptly (within 14 business days) in unused condition (not opened and in original packaging). We will gladly exchange any damaged item when promptly notified (after receipt of merchandise). Customized items such as personalized cartoons, custom piñatas, and customized t-shirts are not returnable. We make every effort to get your approval before completion of order.

Shipping
Standard Delivery An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 3 PM (Pacific Daylight Time) will usually be shipped the next business day. 

There is an option to select shipping rates during checkout. Some items require additional shipping rates so customers will be contacted if this is the case. 

International Shipping At this time, we are unable to accept international orders.
